4 Onions chopped
2 Garlic Clove chopped
12 slices Cheese
12 Burger Buns
Dijon Mustard
Ketchup chilli garlic
3 tablespoons Bbq Sauce hickory
1 tablespoon Salt
1 tablespoon Black Pepper
2 Tomatoes cut into rings
1 Lettuce washed, seperated

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onions, garlic, salt, pepper and bbq sauce until the barbecue sauce is uniformly spread throughout the meat.

Scoop a patty portion with your hands and roll into a ball.

For a rare burger, cook the patties for 10 minutes on each side, or for at least 12 - 15 minutes for medium.

Place a slice of cheese on the patty to melt slightly as the second side cooks.

Heat the burger buns on the bbq and spread the dijon mustard on the bottom bun.

Add lettuce, tomatoes, and onions to the burger meat on the bread. The chilli garlic ketchup can be placed on top of the top bun.
