2 tablespoons Dry White Wine
Salt
Black Pepper
1.5 sticks Butter at room temperature
4 Garlic Cloves minced
1/4 cup Shallots minced
3 tablespoons Parsley fresh, minced
1 teaspoon Rosemary Leaves minced
1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes crushed
1 teaspoon Lemon Zest grated
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice freshly sequeezed
1 Egg Yolk
2/3 cup Panko
Lemon Wedges for serving

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Peel, devein, and butterfly the shrimp, leaving the tails on. Toss the shrimp gently with the olive oil, wine, 2 teaspoons salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper in a mixing dish.

In a small bowl, mash the softened butter with the garlic, shallots, parsley, rosemary, red pepper flakes, lemon zest, lemon juice, egg yolk, panko, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper until combined.

Arrange shrimp in a single layer to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the panko mixture evenly over the shrimp. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
