4 Fish Fillets
1 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 Eggs
1/4 cup Milk
2 cups Corn Flakes
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Fish pieces are dusted with seasoned flour, dipped in an egg wash and lightly crumbed in crushed cornflakes. Lightly baked until golden and crunchy.

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.

In a bowl mix together flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder.

In another bowl mix together the eggs and milk.

In a third and separate bowl, crush the corn flakes into small pieces.

Cut the fish fillets into small pieces and dip each piece into the flour mix, the egg and the cornflakes.

Place on parchment paper and continue until all of the fish are fully coated.

Bake at 400° for 17-20 minutes until cooked through. Serve with tartar sauce.
