Preheat the oven to 350°F. |

In a bowl, toss together the orange zest, cranberries, sugar, cloves, cinnamon, water. Spread onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and bake until the cranberries begin to burst and release their juices, about 25 minutes. |

Transfer the cranberry mixture to a serving bowl and stir in the port and orange juice. Allow to come to room temperature, remove and discard the cloves and cinnamon before serving. |
