1 whole Camembert
1 Garlic Clove sliced
1 Garlic Clove peeled
3-4 sprigs Fresh Thyme
2 teaspoons Olive Oil
1 small Ciabatta Loaf

Preheat the oven to 400F.
Unwrap the cheese and discard the plastic wrap. Place the cheese back into its box.

Pierce the top of the camembert in several places with a sharp knife and pop some little bits of garlic and thyme into the slits.

Bake for 20 minutes, until golden and fragrant.

Drizzle one side of the bread with olive oil and put that down in a hot griddle pan until toasted. Then rub the toasted side of the bread with the garlic clove.
