8 slices Baconchopped

1 head Broccolicut into pieces

1 tablespoon Olive Oil

1 cup Parmesan Cheesegrated

Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Season with a generous amount of salt and pasta. Allow to boil for 3-4 minutes before adding broccoli to the pot and stirring again. |

Cook the pasta and broccoli in well-salted water until al dente. Drain the pasta and broccoli mixture, reserving a few cups of the pasta water in the mixing bowl. |

Put the empty pot to the burner. Add olive oil, bacon and saute for one minute. |

Return the pasta and broccoli, along with the butter and parmesan cheese, to the pan. Stir and gradually add some of the pasta water. Serve with extra parmesan. |
