8 slices Bacon chopped
1 head Broccoli cut into pieces
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Season with a generous amount of salt and pasta.

Allow to boil for 3-4 minutes before adding broccoli to the pot and stirring again.

Cook the pasta and broccoli in well-salted water until al dente.

Drain the pasta and broccoli mixture, reserving a few cups of the pasta water in the mixing bowl.

Put the empty pot to the burner. Add olive oil, bacon and saute for one minute.

Return the pasta and broccoli, along with the butter and parmesan cheese, to the pan.

Stir and gradually add some of the pasta water.

Serve with extra parmesan.
