Cut potatoes in quarters.

Combine potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, dried oregano, dried basil in a large bowl; toss or stir to thoroughly coat the potatoes.

Place potatoes in basket of air fryer and cook at 400° for 10 minutes. Shake basket and stir potatoes and cook until potatoes are golden and tender, 8 to 10 minutes more.

Serve potatoes immediately, seasoned with additional salt and Parmesan cheese if desired, to taste.
