20 Wonton Wrappers
1 cup Pepperoni slices
1 cup Pizza Sauce
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
1 tablespoon Dried Oregano
Water for sealing the edges

Air Fryer Pizza Rolls are mini pizza pockets filled with seasoned pizza sauce, diced pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese, cooked in an air fryer.

Take one wonton wrapper.

Place one teaspoon pizza sauce in the middle of the wrapper, Top with 2 slices of pepperoni. Sprinkle about one teaspoon of shredded cheese and a pinch of dried oregano.

Roll up the bottom point of the diamond so that it goes up and over the filling, but only goes to the center of the wrapper.
Fold in the left side of the wrapper to cover the center.
Fold in the right side of the wrapper to cover the left fold.
Starting from the bottom, roll the egg roll up until just the top point of the wrapper is still exposed.
Brush some water on the top point of the egg roll, and fold down.
Brush olive oil over the top of the egg rolls.

Bake at 360 degrees F for 6 minutes. Flip and bake for an additional 2 minutes.

Serve with pizza sauce.
