2.5 cups Cooked Rice
2/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/3 cup Melted Butter
1.5 cups Mozzarella Cheese cubed
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
Nonstick Cooking Spray

Air Fryer arancini are one of the delicious and easy appetizers. Make these air fryer rice balls quickly and easily.

In a big bowl, whisk 2 eggs very softly.

Add the rice, Parmesan cheese, butter, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper; stir well. Cover and refrigerate the mixture for 20 minutes.

Preheat your Air Fryer to 380°F.

Combine bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, a pinch of salt and pepper in a shallow dish.

Beat remaining egg lightly in a second bowl.

Roll mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls. Press a mozzarella cube into the center of each ball and reshape.

Dip each rice ball first into egg, then roll in the bread crumb mixture.

Spray the basket with nonstick cooking spray and place rice balls.

Cook in the preheated air fryer for 6 minutes. Increase temperature to 400 degrees F and air fry for 3 more minutes.
